Agreement and eligibility

White Elephant Mid Cap Holdings LLC ("White Elephant") controls The Real KennethMC and associated agencies. The Real KennethMC is the brand and site name. When you use the site, you confirm that you can legally agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the site or subscribe to the service.

Service and platform relationship

The service helps a business set up and operate a review follow-up workflow. Parts of onboarding or delivery may take place through stackreviews.online, a white-label delivery platform used with The Real KennethMC. The public agency site and that delivery platform are distinct surfaces of the same service experience. The service is offered nationwide in the United States.

The service may depend on third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing and Google for review destinations. Those services have their own terms, policies, and availability.

Subscription, billing, and cancellation

• The subscription price is $297/month.
• Stripe processes checkout and recurring billing. By subscribing, you authorize the monthly charge described at checkout.
• The subscription renews month to month until you cancel it.
• You may cancel anytime by contacting us at the details below or using a cancellation path provided with the service.
• There are no refunds. A charge already made remains non-refundable, including after cancellation.

A failed or disputed payment may pause or end access to the service. Stripe may also apply its own payment terms to the checkout experience.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and keep it current.
• Use the service for legitimate business purposes and follow applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
• Request feedback from real customers and allow them to share only their honest experience.
• Protect any account access or onboarding information provided to you.
• Keep medical, health, financial-account, credential, and other sensitive or protected information out of the workflow.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the site or service to:

• Create, buy, submit, or encourage fake, misleading, or fabricated reviews.
• Harass people, send unlawful or abusive messages, or misuse another person’s information.
• Break the law, violate a platform policy, impersonate someone, or interfere with site security.
• Probe, copy, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the site, service, or delivery platform.
• Upload or transmit sensitive or protected information through a workflow that is not specifically designed for it.

No guaranteed results

The service does not guarantee any number of reviews, rating, search ranking, revenue, lead volume, customer response, or other business result. Results depend on customer satisfaction, customer participation, timing, business practices, third-party policies, and other factors outside our control.

Ownership and permitted use

The site, service materials, brand names, logos, designs, and original content belong to White Elephant or the parties that license them. You may use them only as needed to review and use the service. Do not copy, sell, modify, distribute, or create a competing service from them without written permission.

You remain responsible for having the right to provide any business information, customer information, or content you submit. You allow us to use that information as reasonably needed to provide and support the service.

Third-party services and links

Stripe, Google, stackreviews.online, and other third-party services may be involved in checkout, delivery, or review activity. We do not control their systems, policies, content, or availability. Your use of a third-party service is subject to its own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limits

The site and service are provided as available. We do not promise that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular business need. You remain responsible for your business decisions, customer communications, and compliance with laws and third-party rules.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, White Elephant Mid Cap Holdings LLC and The Real KennethMC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site or service. These limits apply only to the extent the law allows them to apply.

Changes or termination

We may change, pause, or end part of the site or service, including when needed for operations, security, legal compliance, or misuse. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here. Continued use after an update means you have had an opportunity to review the changes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
