Program overview

If activated, this program may send recurring automated marketing texts from The Real KennethMC about our review automation service, helpful updates, or related offers. Text messages are intended for people who choose to receive them at a phone number they provide.

SMS consent is optional. You can request a demo, use the website, and purchase the service without agreeing to receive marketing texts. Your purchase, demo request, or access to the service will not depend on SMS consent.

Consent and choice

Consent is recorded only when you actively check the separate, unchecked SMS consent box and provide a valid phone number. Entering a phone number by itself is not consent. The box is never required to submit a demo request, and unchecking it leaves the request available without SMS opt-in.

By checking this box and providing my phone number, I agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from The Real KennethMC at the number provided. Consent is optional. It is not required to request a demo and is not required for purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

The demo form saves the consent choice and the displayed consent language with the contact record when the choice is made. Checking the box does not send a text message.

We will use the program for marketing communications only after the business completes the required setup. We do not promise a particular launch date, delivery time, or carrier availability.

STOP and HELP instructions

Reply STOP to any marketing text to opt out of recurring marketing messages. You may receive one confirmation message after opting out. After that, no further marketing texts should be sent unless you provide a new consent choice.

Privacy and sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. If the program is activated, we may use service providers to operate message delivery and related business systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

We handle the information needed to record consent, honor opt-outs, and support the program. We do not ask you to send passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information by text.

Eligibility and use

Use a phone number that you own or are authorized to use. Do not opt in for another person without their permission. Keep the number and contact details you provide accurate, and use the program only for lawful purposes. The site and service are intended for businesses and adults.

We may decline, pause, or end messaging where consent cannot be verified, a number is invalid, a carrier blocks delivery, or the program is changed or discontinued.

Current program status

SMS marketing is not currently active on the forward-facing agency site. No marketing phone number has been provisioned, and carrier/A2P setup is still incomplete. The consent form is prepared to record an optional choice, but it does not send an automated text and does not establish carrier approval.

We will update this page if the program becomes active or its practices change. Until then, submitting a form with or without SMS consent does not enroll you into an active texting campaign.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms when the program, technology, or messaging practices change. The current version will appear on this page. If you do not agree with an update, you can withdraw consent by replying STOP to a future message or contacting us directly.
