Scope of this policy

This policy describes information connected to the public agency site, subscription inquiries, and the $297/month review automation service. The business operates nationwide in the United States under White Elephant Mid Cap Holdings LLC.

Customers may interact with stackreviews.online, our white-label delivery platform. That platform may present its own notices or instructions, which apply to the activity it handles.

Information we handle

Depending on how you interact with us, this may include your name, business details, email address, phone number, support messages, subscription details, billing status, cancellation information, and transaction details made available for subscription administration.

Stripe handles card payment information for checkout. We do not claim to receive or store full card numbers through the normal Stripe checkout process.

How we use information

We use information to provide, configure, support, and maintain the review automation service; manage subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and service communications; respond to questions; protect the site; investigate misuse; meet legal obligations; and enforce our agreements.

Current agency-site tools

The forward-facing agency site currently loads no advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The demo request form may collect a first name, business name, work email, optional phone number, and business type. We use these details to review and respond to the request through Buildy’s managed contact system.

The form records a demo_request_submitted event through Buildy’s managed events integration. That event may start a Buildy-managed welcome or follow-up email sequence. The email address is used for the requested response and related follow-up. Non-transactional follow-up email can be stopped through its unsubscribe option or by contacting us.

The SMS choice is separate, optional, and unchecked by default. A phone number alone is not SMS consent. SMS marketing is not currently active because the marketing phone number and carrier/A2P setup are incomplete.

Browser storage and sessions

The site and connected platform may use essential cookies, browser storage, or session information needed for basic page operation, platform-managed sign-in, secure checkout, and remembering a privacy choice. These operations support the experience and are not used here for advertising or analytics.

The privacy-choice control stores an opt-out value locally in your browser. Clearing browser storage removes that local value. A platform or third-party service may have separate session practices.

Privacy choices and U.S. opt-out

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, this site recognizes it after the page loads and records an opt-out preference locally. The signal and preference are used to suppress optional tracking if that type of tool is added later. Because the site currently has no advertising or analytics scripts, there is no optional tracker to switch off today.

Services and providers

• Stripe processes subscription checkout and recurring billing for the $297/month offer.
• stackreviews.online is the external white-label delivery platform used for onboarding and service delivery.
• Calendly receives information you choose to provide when you use our live-demo booking link. Its own privacy practices apply.
• The live demo opens app.showmyrep.io, an external destination with its own data practices.
• The Talk to Myra feature starts a Buildy voice call after you choose it and your browser grants microphone access. The website code does not itself save a recording or transcript. We do not make a claim here about the voice provider’s recording, transcript, or retention practices.
• Google Fonts may receive technical request information when the site loads its selected fonts. Google’s own privacy practices apply to that request.
• Public logo and hosted media files are served through hosted storage and delivery providers, including Supabase storage, which may process request data needed to deliver those files.

These providers may update their systems or notices. Review the provider’s current terms and privacy information when you use an external service.

Sensitive and protected information

The Real KennethMC is not a medical, healthcare, financial-account, or other protected-information intake service. Do not place health details, patient information, account credentials, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or similar sensitive information in review requests, messages, uploads, or other parts of the workflow.

SMS and 10DLC/A2P disclosures

The demo form offers a separate, unchecked SMS consent choice for visitors who want future text-message updates. Consent is optional, is not required to request a demo or purchase, and checking the box does not send a message. SMS marketing is not currently active because no marketing phone number or carrier/A2P setup has been completed.

Retention and opt-outs

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, manage accounts, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We do not promise a specific retention period. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can stop non-transactional follow-up email through an unsubscribe option when provided or by contacting Hello@theRealKennethMC.com. Service, billing, security, and other transactional messages may still be sent when needed. For SMS, reply STOP if an active marketing message is sent, or contact us directly.

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask about, correct, or request deletion of certain information. Contact us with the request and we will review it according to applicable requirements.

Children’s privacy

This site and service are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review it.
